I have less than a tablespoon, I'm very wary of having too much. Is that considered a wee bit? Probably half a tablespoon.
I'm on a popcorn kick currently. One month ago it was a skinny cow kick, now its popcorn. Popcorn sure fills you up nicely though! :popcorn:
I love jam. In the offseason is it okay to use no sugar added jam instead of one serving of fruit? Or is it not okay due to the preservatives? :shrug:
