I drink a decaf coffee at night if I feel hunger strike. It's sweet and it's a good way to feel fuller

I sub out the yogurt and make protein ice cream, it is much more filling to me. Then, I melt the pb on top

Reading a book is helping me lately.

I have never made the protein ice cream. I will search on how to make it and give it a try. Not a huge ice cream girl but if its filling I'm in

Me too! If you find it let me know-I would love to try it too.

There is a thread hanging about for protein ice cream, check out the recipes section. I've made it a few times now in a couple of different forms and it does hit the spot.

I do sub the yogurt for pp and make a shake...gues. I'm not supposed to...but I've been saving fruit (some frozen banana) from m2 to add to it. It's filling but sometimes i just don't feel like having something cold...ESP in winter. I could sub cc or ricotta for pp and have that with celery...I'm looking for crunch...
Note to self: Don't try harder...work harder.
