I have been buying different teas. Just bought Lipton chamomile pineapple tea and its really good at night. Especially now that its cold out here.
Pickles
5 calories jello packs and tea.
If I am starving I will eat a pickle. Love pickles so I have to restrain myself even here lol
Yup! Pickles & water do the trick every time. &
since my plan has 2 pickles a day, this is the perfect time for them!
I sub out the yogurt and make protein ice cream, it is much more filling to me. Then, I melt the pb on top

There is a thread hanging about for protein ice cream, check out the recipes section. I've made it a few times now in a couple of different forms and it does hit the spot.
I do sub the yogurt for pp and make a shake...gues. I'm not supposed to...but I've been saving fruit (some frozen banana) from m2 to add to it. It's filling but sometimes i just don't feel like having something cold...ESP in winter. I could sub cc or ricotta for pp and have that with celery...I'm looking for crunch...
Note to self: Don't try harder...work harder.
