I have never found a shake to satisfy me at night .... I agree though something with crunch would be awesome. Going to try he yogurt and subbing slivered almonds for the PB. Don't even want tea tonight. Sometimes I get grouchy because I can't eat what I want. Like a child pouting. Not cool at all. I am working on things but had no idea it would be this tough. My hubby lives to munch at night and relax. The guys 6'4 and has a freakish metabolism. I miss my munching while we relax. Tonight I wil paint my nails and watch some dexter.

you can make lettuce wraps with your cottage cheese .. not a ton of crunch but romaine can be quite crunchy, especially the hearts.

When I make my protein shakes at night with my almond milk, I throw ice cubes in the blender with it but don't let them get melted. That way I have something to crunch. My pp is really thick and it ends up being like a milkshake. I have the same problem with my bf...eats whatever he wants and has as bad of a sweet tooth as I do and eats sweets as I sit there drooling!!
