don't expect to see alot of me as nursing school is killer! But I'll try and pop in. I won't confess how long I have been without a dumbell or barbell because its heart breaking. recently found a new gym home though so weaning myself back into it. I tried to go light...apparently what used to be "light" isn't light anymore... but I still lifted it and maybe was sore for 4 days.
