What do you think of natural peanut butter as a fat source?
I'm not Erik obviously, but natural peanut butter is generally considered a healthy source fo fat. Ideally we need more monounsaturated fat than saturated fats in our diet and nuts and certain vegetable oils like olive and canola oil are high in monounsaturated fats. Of course, fats are more calorie dense than carbs or protein so portion size is very important.

pb is a fat. I wouldnt eat canola. crappy oil. Olive or coconut and there is naught wrong with saturated fats either.
