Baked omelette

    Ingredients: 1 dozen eggs
    1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 pound of cooked bacon
    1/2 cup of mushrooms
    How To Prepare: In a bake proof dish whisk dozen of eggs until they become fluffy and white and yellow no longer seperate. Next add mushrroms and bacon and finally top with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 400F for 20-30 minutes. This recipe is tasty reheated therefore can be broken into individual servings and reheated in the microwave. You can subsitute the ingredients for any of your favorites.
