Well tonight I hit a new PR on my bench press. Now this is coming from someone that has benched maybe 5 times in the last 8 months. In our strongman training we don't bench. Anyways, I hit 390lbs I plan on shooting for 4 plates next week, I felt I had more in me tonight, but we did a massive upper body workout yesterday and I didn't feel exactly 100%. I went in to just do some light accessory work tonight, but after haning out with Sean from Bad Attitude Gym last week I was curious to see if my bench had gotten weaker. :banana: Anyways, enough blabbing.
