Main points Molecularly distilled product Omega Extra Strength Omega 3, 6, 7, 9 Both in liquid (as opposed to soft gels) During the final month of pregnancy and the first month after giving birth, Omega Joy to help prevent post-pardum depression 2 tsp per day is a pretty good prescription Cycle between the Omega Extra Strength and the Omega 3, 6, 7, 9 for the duration of the pregnancy Final month and the month after make sure 1 of the 2 daily tsp is the Omega Joy Genuine Health is the company that makes these products - he has seen their quality control and research data so he's comfortable making this brand recommendation. He does say there are of course other good brands out there, but he's not seen data, so he's just recommending what he knows for sure. I noticed the Omega Extra Strength doesn't come in liquid, but the liquid for the regular Omega is stronger dosed than the capsules, so that must be the product.
