breakfast ideas if you don't like oatmeal

    I am getting sick of my protein oatmeal and I don't like the pancakes b/c of the texture. Any other ideas? I like eggs/bacon! :wink:

    Eggs/omelette with potatoes, egg "muffins" with rice "pudding" (cold rice mixed with stevia, cinnamon, splash of vanilla, and fruit like pumpkin or apples if they're part of your plan).

    I'm drawing a blank right now because I LOVE oats: oat groats, oat bran, steel cut oats, buckwheat... :drool:

    i use potatoes and make home fries, hash brown, pancakes.. I'll also use butternut squash.
    Cream of rice, reg rice. You can make rice pudding (no recipe, just a thought)
    every blue moon i have toast, french toast.

    with oats, muffins, pancakes are ways to 'hide' the oats. lots of recipes on the forum.

    Try a poached or boiled egg and wholemeal toast with yeast extract or peanut butter; you can also eat a half of grapefruit as well, or have a fresh fruit cocktail. :)
