    Ingredients: 1 egg -- (1 to 2)
    2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
    2 slices canadian bacon -- (2 to 3) or other meat, chopped sliced black olives or veggies of choice
    2 ounces mozzarella cheese -- shredded
    1 tablespoon Oil
    How To Prepare: Beat eggs, add oil to heated non-stick pan, pour in eggs, flip once cooking thoroughly, add sauce, meat, olives (or others veggies), top with cheese and cover. Cook until cheese is melted.
