Layer in a dish from bottom to top: Fat-free vegetarian refried beans (season to taste) Thin layer mashed avodaco Fat-free or low fat shredded cheese Thin layer sweet corn (canned) Tomatoes Diced red onions Layer of fat-free or low fat sour cream Top with chopped green onions, if desired.
