Falling off the wagon

    Some days, I just feel like crap and crave crap foods. Most days, I don't give in. Today was not one of those days. I caved. Three pieces of pizza and a scoop of ice cream.

    I don't feel guilty. I will not "cardio it out" tomorrow. I'll just live with it. And try to remember: it was only one meal out of the 42 I'll eat this week.

    Keeping a good relationship with food is important and not trying to make up with it with cardio is smart! Most people try to out exercise a crap diet...which is impossible lol
