I'm frustrated that so many people around me are on the HCG diet and losing weight like crazy. I'm doing it the old fashion way and I'm wanting their results and I know I can't get them. I know in my brain my way is the right way BUT...I want results too!! I would never do that to my body, I'm really just venting. I know the long term success is better doing it the right way, it is just frustrating...plus I want to do cardio and weights. You can't do that on the HCG diet!! How is that healthy?
