i finally finished a tub of BSN Fresh Cinnamon Roll, bleh. Not a favorite.
It's good in a sweet potato smoothie but since i don't have those anymore it got moved way back on the shelf.
Champion C&C is what we've been using. Also have Chocolate and have used Strawberry from Champion as well.
For the casein-based proteins, Metabolic Drive, ProPeptide, etc., are good.
Oh yeah I have to correct my previous post. The only BSN Lean Dessert flavor I didn't like was the Cinn. Roll. It was like a vanilla with way too much cinnamon.
I found it good to cook with and mix in things...not so much as a shake alone (mixed with pumpkin or sweet potatoes n oats its great )
I've been using Jem Nutrition's Lean Complex 4 in Vanilla. It's one of the best tasting ever. I've only been able to find it at my local nutrition shop.
I blend it with water, a little orange juice, a 1/2 banana and a few chunks of frozen mango. FREAKIN DELICIOUS!
im sure it tastes good.. but adding in bananas, mango and oj can make the worst shake taste :yum: :drool:
