Since the refeed thread has taken off I thought I would make an on plan recipe idea list! I will start: Egg salad sandwich for breakfast: My new favorite Eggs( scramble in pan and then throw into blender or magic bullet) Add 1/4 diced cucumber 1 scallion or green onion, chopped mustard 1 tsp ff mayo( I reduced this from a tBSp. so minimal cals. Maybe 3 at most) black pepper salt butter buds or molly mcbutter Add all of this to eggs in blender and mix. Toast two slices Ezekial bread ( I used the sesame ezekial) and spoon mixture on top. If you don't have any carbs in breakfast you could spoon into romaine lettuce leaves and eat. Or just eat with a spoon.
