Hello!! I haven't posted in a while but I've been reading all the posts my baby boy is now 9 mnths old! I'm wanting to lose these last 10lbs and need yall's help please! Unfotunately I cannot afford Erik or Amy right now so on my own for the time being. I weigh 141ish right now and trhing to get back to 130 135...I fluctuate 5 lbs any given day! Blame lack of digestive system for that, also I'm gluten intolerant so I follow a gf diet. I've come up with my meal plan to shed these last 10lbs...would love some feedback if I'm on the right track here... Meal 1: 4 egg whites 1/2c gf oatemeal Coffee with ff creamer (gotta have my coffee)! Meal 2: (this is my preworkout meal also) 226g plain ff Fage greek yogurt Banana PWO: 1 scoop PP 39g chex cereal Meal 3: 4oz tilapia or tuna Romaine lelttuce or green beans or broccoli ( some sort of fibrous veggie) 1/2 C. Black beans Meal 4: 3.5 oz chicken 325g spaghetti squash 1 tbsp olive oil Meal 5: 1 scoop PP 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter Total cal: 1534...F-42g. C-161. P-146 Goal is lose 10 lbs....I'm a fitness competitor also but currently not prepping to compere just wana look good in my bikini not really sure ill compete anymore, but I want to be as fit as I can be! Also I have 1 cheat meal per wk...usually saturdays!
