    Straight forward - post em.

    It can be any movement you want. If you hit a PR, come post it. We always see people posting about PRs in their journals, and if you're like any of them, you get pretty excited when you hit a new PR. Strength is addicting isn't it?

    So, did you hit one today? What lift? How much weight? How many reps?

    Let's hear it.

    I got two :D

    Incl DB CH PR 50#x10 w/tempo shocked that could have done more
    CDL's 255# x 4 I should have loaded more but went conservative

    Oh yeah, that was the highlight, but I also DB Incline benched 50 X 9 and shoulder pressed on the Hammer Strength 50 @ side for 10. :grin:

    Today: DB bench press: 30 lbers! :bannana: Previously it was only 20s and 25s.

    Lat. Pulldowns: 90lbs. :thumb:

    I'm cutting for two weeks while my wrist heals so I'll se if I can put up bigger numbers after.

    but right now(week and half ago)
    Incline DB chest press 45'sx4
    LPD 135x8

    Oh and
    smith squats bar2x50 :p

    thats a PR of a different kind

    just started training again but planks went from 10sec hold the first time to 30sec hold last night :p
