All the other sets were done at 115lbs (PR'd at this weight 3 weeks ago).

PR on parallel box squats today.
I finally got 128 (3 reps), which I've been trying to get since last year. I'm pretty happy with this, not only because I've been trying to get it for so long, but because my jacked knee hurts even more now.
Congrats superstar...but watch the knee...I have about 5 more years of schooling before you can safely have a blow out and come down to have me fix it
PR on seated cable row....80# was a pr of 75# last week and 70# the week before....do I hear 85# for next week????:wink:
