Hi everyone. Im new here and im sorry if this is a question that has been asked before. How do you know when someone needs to reverse dieted? Currently at 140lbs at 5'4. Eating roughly 1200 calories (started prior to my research of your methods). Can't lose a lb at 1200. Do I need to just raises calories and most likely gain weight? If so, how much at a time? Add 50-100 per week? How long until I can try to go into a deficit again? Any help would be great. Thanks.
