Hi everyone. Im new here and im sorry if this is a question that has been asked before.
How do you know when someone needs to reverse dieted? Currently at 140lbs at 5'4. Eating roughly 1200 calories (started prior to my research of your methods). Can't lose a lb at 1200. Do I need to just raises calories and most likely gain weight? If so, how much at a time? Add 50-100 per week? How long until I can try to go into a deficit again? Any help would be great. Thanks.

HOw long have you been dieting? 1200 calories isn't very much. Are you weighing and measuring all of your food?

I agree. How long have you been eating only 1200 calories a day? That seems really low at your weight. You may need a maintenece period first and go from there...

That is what im trying to figure out. I do not wish to stay at this. What would like to figure out is: do i jump straight do 15x bodyweight (which i read is maintenance) or do I go up little by little. Thank you again

I'd jump to maintenance for a bit. You may gain some weight but you need to reset your body. Go to maintenance for 4 weeks or so ...IMO anyway

This question!!! Are you weighing your food. A lot of people say they are eating 1200 calories but once they weigh it out, it's more like 1500-1800. Maybe even more?
