Might seem insignificant but for those of us that drink a lot of water, this can save your sanity! They are flavored ice cubes that come in lemon, orange, and lime flavors.

Yeah, I know you could probably do something like this on your own but I am lazy! :thumb:

Someone had these backstage at my last show and of course you know how good anything liquid tastes the day of your show.

    Anyway, these are good!

yeah...nada here too :( I just found them at the Ralph's and Von's grocery stores here in SoCal.
I would imagine they are sold elsewhere but I guess they aren't popular enough to be on the web! LOL

Those who have them report up what the flavoring is actually from if you can. Artificial sweeteners I'm guessing?

well i will check when i get home....i need to go to the grocery store anyway. They are not sweetened ice cubes, they just have a hint of the lemon, orange, or lime flavor...if that makes sense. I will post it up when i get home.

OK i am finally back from travelling (for now!)

I just went to the grocery store and bought a bag each of lemon and orange.
The ingredients for lemon are: water, natural lemon flavor

The ingredients for orange are: water, natural mandarin flavor, gum arabic.

    So, no actual sweeteners!
