Simple Spiced Vanilla Protein Shake

    Description: This is a quick and yummy shake! A great way to get some protein in the morning.

    Don't let the tofu scare you! You really don't taste it at all - it just makes it smooth and thick. (This is coming from someone who does NOT like tofu in any other form)
    Ingredients: 4-5 ice cubes
    3-4 oz SOFT silken tofu (I use MORI-NU)
    1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I use Designer Whey)
    1/4 cup Carb Countdown Milk
    2 Tbsp Vanilla Davinci's Syrup
    Nutmeg and/or cinnamon
    *Xanthan gum (optional - adds thickness)
    How To Prepare: Add ice, tofu, protein powder, milk and syrup to blender and mix well. Add nutmeg and/or cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle xanthan gum over the top and blend well (a little goes a long way). Enjoy!
