    Hey guys, just a question on how long it normally takes you to do your workouts?

    I normally spend an hour or an hour and a half for my workouts and for the next 12weeks I will only be able to do 45 mins to an hour for each session?

    Any suggestions/comments?

    With my dynamic stretches it usually takes me anywhere between an hour to an hour and a half

    are you on plan with Amy or Erik? If so, you should consult with them.. Otherwise, maybe shorten the sets, change the tempo or take out accessory sets?

    I'm waiting to start the program with Erik. I change it up :)
