think you need the cream even?
Swiss Miss makes a DIET hot chocolate (even lower carb than the no sugar added one)...............
Per serving (1 envelope):
4 g carbs
2 g protein
I just put a tsp. of this in my decaf coffee along with some Davinci Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup. It was yummy!
I've seen it at both Target & Walmart.
I just made this last night except I didn't use the 2 cups of water (otherwise it would be too liquidy for my liking). I was also low on some of the herbs/spices and I was worried because I am so used to having chili with beans, but it came out really well! I had some once I was done and was quite impressed! Definetly a keeper. Thanks for posting it!
Add a little oregano and a bay leaf as well.
And a habanero or two or three.....
I use four and four (habaneros and jalepenos) per pot.
Free Dessert Recipe e-book from Berardi
Oh man....I just downloaded it and browsed....GREAT looking "clean" desserts, easy to make, and no hard to find ingredients. Plus, food porn pictures!
Which to try first....the Chocolate Ricotta, or the Lemon Blueberry Bites??
I just started downloading that this morning. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Can't wait.
I'm still waiting for the JB nudie pics.
Downloaded. Nice that he's giving something away for free. If he really is working on another recipe book, I'll buy a copy.
On the mixed berry pudding, it doesn't say when to add the protein powder
send berardi an email
omg these look SO good - i'm totally making the cheescakes sometime - though, I have a feeling the chocolate cheescake isn't going to taste anything like my boyfriends moms :innocent:

I know, all the recipes look delish!
I have his PN kit, btw, and LOVE the recipe book it came with.
Did you see the Lemon Blueberry Bites ??
Those look good.
I didn't think they looked that good. I guess I'm skeptical that they will actually turn out that way :lol3:
They look good when you are eating at a big deficit :bitch:
Are you referring to the Lemon Blueberry Bites? Yah, I was a little skeptical of the blueberry sauce on top.. apparently that is just blueberries, splenda and water? Hmmm.. :nonono:
BFL Pumpkin Cheesecake
Day-um this was good. Tastes like pumpkin pie!
1 can canned pumpkin
5 Tbs splenda
2 c low fat ricotta
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup vanilla whey
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
Blend all together in a mixing bowl and put in a low fat graham cracker crust.
Cook at 400 F until set (mine took 60 mins) Let cool for 15 mins, then refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with fat free cool whip.
I am up to 2 per bowl of pasta/pizza at work.
