I just made some homemade lentil soup.....delish. I love soup year round!
:yum: I love a good curried lentil soup. do you have a recipe for yours?
Hi there! I've not made one with curry....that interests me!
Actually, LOL no recipe. I just basically put a carrots, celery, cabbage, onions, Cholula sauce, lentils, tomato sauce, water and chix broth(little bit) in a big pot and let it boil till it's done. who knows!
You gotta try it with curry. :yum:
Coach's Oats brand oatmeal (made my own special way with a tad bit of soy milk, blueberries, a splenda packet and a bit of spray butter)
5 scrambled egg whites w/ Cholula sauce
Coffee and orange juice!
4oz chicken, 2T almond butter and dark chocolate PB, whole wheat wrap :bannana:

Baby spinach salad with slivered toasted almonds, boiled eggs and maple bacon topped with EVOO and white balsamic vinegar.
big butter lettuce salad with avocado, fresh tuna, olive oil and rice wine.
VERY fresh Alaskan Halibut, baby spinach, lemon, sea salted almonds :yum:
That sounds delish!! How do you cook your Halibut?
Chicken and oats
I brush one side with EVOO, place on the grill for about 5-10 minutes until it flakes! I also squeeze lemon on it and usually put some sort of spice on, that time it was garlic and herb mrs. dash. If its not that nice out, Ill broil it in lemon butter sauce :love: ooh and today i made "fish tacos" with it. Flake it and put into a taco shell with whatever you like!
Homemade chicken soup with dumplings and apple cake warm from the oven for dessert. :drool:

PWO meal: chocolate blueberry protein muffin, Chocolate PB Zone bar (havent had one of these in ages, they are so yummy!)
Water. Mmm this definitely fills me up.... arrrghh I'm so full now I don't know how I'm going to get the other four meals in. It'll be a struggle.
Just had sweet potato egg whites with cinnamon and syrup and then steamed broccoli and cauliflower. :yum:
a protein shake with a nice Honeycrisp apple.
