    Squats and lunges anything lower body. If I do my cardio kickboxing, I could live with never lifting for my upper body. That said, it's just the opposite for my LB. I have to lift pretty heavy on a regular basis and work work work to keep shape and fat off my thighs and hip areas.

    A lot of glute activation work and shoulder stability work....my goal is to do what everyone in the gym is NOT doing. I love getting funny looks :cena:
