    Anyone who does bodybuilding or just weight work in the gym and says that yoga is for sissies is a SISSY! This definitely kicks my arse. There were fat women doing stuff that I couldn't do because they were practiced in these moves and this flexibility! I'm definitely going to keep doing this as it will have a good symbiotic relationship with working out the muskles.
