Yummy Change-of-pace Cheeseburgers

    Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced onions

    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Spicy Blend seasoning
    3/4 C. shredded cheese of your choice (mozzerella is wonderful!)
    How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Fry, broil, grill, etc. until juices run clear. Great with cole slaw!

    Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: less that 1, depending on cheese used
    Preparation Time: 5 mins.
